Lindsay Kotzman B.Sc. L.L.B

Lindsay Kotzman, solicitor, is the Principal of The Practice. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1986 and was also admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia in the same year. After gaining extensive experience in many disciplines of Commercial Law, Lindsay opened the practice in August of 1994.
Lindsay Kotzman is distinguishable as a legal practitioner in that he has had:

Hands on experience in management and control of small to medium sized businesses. As a result, he has gained a sound appreciation of the day to day issues as faced by managers of enterprises.
First hand experience in the management of commercial real estate and the negotiations of Leases of substantial commercial size. These include supermarkets, commercial office space, retail shops in shopping centres and industrial tenancies.
Considerable international experience with extensive contacts in South East Asia and other clients in Europe and the United States.

Lindsay Kotzman has been a member of a team that won a National Award under the Government sponsored Ausindustry National Enterprise Workshop scheme for business planning.

Maria Mitri L.L.B. B.A.

Maria Mitri is a solicitor currently leading our property department in Melbourne.
After graduating with a double degree in Arts (Politics Major) and Law, Maria completed her Articles of Clerkship with Gray & Gray Solicitors and stayed on gaining further experience in general legal matters, principally associated with property.

She has gained experience in acting on straight forward conveyancing issues through to complex developments, body corporate issues and sales and purchases "off the plan".

David Castellino
B.Sc. (Hons)., L.L.B. solicitor

David heads the commercial department.
David has extensive experience in general Law, Property, Leasing, Legal Wills and Probate.

He now concentrates on commercial dealings including franchising and general business contracts.

James Graham LL.B. , B.A.

James Graham is the solicitor leading our commercial disputes and litigation practice in Melbourne. James completed his Bachelor of Law and Arts degrees at the University of Melbourne and worked for several years as a retail manager for a major retail chain in Victoria and Western Australia prior to being admitted to practice in New South Wales and Victoria.

James has a diverse practice spanning commercial, property and debt disputes in all Victorian Courts. James is committed to exploring every opportunity to resolve disputes using alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and to achieving the most financially effective outcome for you and your business.
